What is Jun Kombucha?

Jun Kombucha is a variety of kombucha that uses honey to ferment with as opposed to refined sugar. The base ingredients are green tea, honey and a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast).

Once the ferment is ready, our batch is then flavoured in glass jars with freshly squeezed fruit and spices, creating a naturally carbonated beverage that is kind to your gut.
